State of the Company (SOC)
State of the Company is Intuit’s quarterly internal event, designed to align employees around company progress, priorities, and future direction.
For this quarter, the visual system introduced a new motion language built around the idea of crescendo; using layered, expanding shapes to represent growth, collaboration, and the collective momentum that comes from building on one another.
The motion approach focused on creating a constant sense of forward movement, with elements designed to feel active even in their ambient state. Subtle, continuous motion established a baseline of energy, while intermittent pulses and bursts introduced moments of acceleration; reinforcing the idea of momentum building over time.
The system was developed in close partnership with design, ensuring each element felt interconnected and intentional. The result is a cohesive motion language that scales across broadcast, digital signage, and supporting assets; creating a unified, energetic experience across the entire event.
Motion Design | Animation
Collaborated closely with design to develop and refine a motion system built around layered, crescendoing forms. Contributed to the animation of broadcast and environmental assets—including ambient states, countdowns, interstitials, and lower thirds—ensuring a cohesive and scalable experience across event and digital touchpoints.
